The usual MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Some large-size tins may start from 3,000 pcs, depending on the size and production requirements.
We check our 3,000+ existing molds using your product size or target tin dimensions. If a suitable mold is available, you can avoid unnecessary new tooling; if not, we will explain the new tooling option before you decide.
Yes. We can send an existing tin sample so you can check the structure, printing and workmanship. Once your project details are confirmed, we can prepare a custom sample for approval before bulk production.
Yes. All our tin boxes are made with food-contact-safe tinplate, inks and coatings that meet applicable FDA requirements. Relevant test reports can be provided for review.
We provide the dieline for your selected tin so your designer can prepare the artwork. We then review the file and create a visual mockup to confirm the layout, printing, spot UV, logo embossing and other finishes before sampling.
Sampling usually takes about 14 days, depending on tooling, printing and project complexity. For orders below 100,000 pcs, bulk production often takes about 25 days after sample approval; larger or more complex orders require a confirmed schedule.
We confirm the packing method before production and use suitable bags, dividers, cartons and pallets where required. The packing is checked before shipment to reduce scratching, denting and movement during transport.
We keep your artwork and project files confidential throughout sampling and production. We can also sign an NDA when required.
